Orders are typically processed within 2â5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods (like holidays or sale events), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, youâll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package's progress in real time.
Yes! We offer **free standard shipping  on all domestic U.S. orders over  $150
At this time, HAANNAH only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soonâstay tuned!
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale, undergarments, swimwear, and custom pieces are not eligible for return.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modifiedâespecially after a shipping label has been created. Please double-check your shipping and item details before checkout.
If your tracking says delivered but your package is missing:
* Check with neighbors or your building's front desk
* Wait 24 hoursâsometimes packages are marked delivered a bit early
* If it doesnât arrive, contact **USPS** at  1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
HAANNAH is not liable for packages once marked as delivered.

Pre-order items are pieces that are  not yet in stock. They typically ship  2â4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. If there are any delays, weâll notify you via email.
