1. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods (like holidays or sale events), processing may take slightly longer.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package's progress in real time.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer **free standard shipping  on all domestic U.S. orders over  $150

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, HAANNAH only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon—stay tuned!


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale, undergarments, swimwear, and custom pieces are not eligible for return.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified—especially after a shipping label has been created. Please double-check your shipping and item details before checkout.


7. My tracking shows 'delivered,' but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If your tracking says delivered but your package is missing:

* Check with neighbors or your building's front desk
* Wait 24 hours—sometimes packages are marked delivered a bit early
* If it doesn’t arrive, contact **USPS** at  1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

HAANNAH is not liable for packages once marked as delivered.


8. What if I receive  incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at [info@haannah.com](mailto:info@haannah.com) within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll make it right.


9. What does “pre-order” mean?

Pre-order items are pieces that are  not yet in stock. They typically ship  2–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you via email.
