Return & Refund Policy

At  HAANNAH, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we offer returns for store credit only  within 10 days of delivery. Please read the options below carefully to determine which return type best fits your needs.


1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale items,  are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Return for Store Credit

We offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card, valid forever and usable on all items—including sale and new arrivals.

To request a return:

1. Email [returns@haannah.com](mailto:returns@haannah.com) with your order number  in the subject line and specify that you'd like store credit
2. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us within 3–5 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll receive your **store credit gift card via email** within 24–48 hours.

> Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Refunds

We do not issue refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

* If your return is accepted, you must ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving approval.
* Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit digital gift card will be sent to the email on file within 24–48 hours.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

* Submit a return for store credit.
* Once you receive the credit, place a new order for the desired item using the gift card.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a  damaged, defective, or incorrect  item, please contact us **immediately at [contact@haannah.com](mailto:contact@haannah.com) with:

* Your order number
* Photos of the issue

We’ll prioritize sending you a replacement item at no additional cost.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the item was delivered but you haven’t received it:

* First, confirm your shipping address is correct.
* Check with neighbors or your local post office.
* Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to file a delivery inquiry.

If you still can’t locate the package, email us at [contact@haannah.com](mailto:contact@haannah.com) so we can help you file a claim with USPS.

> Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS. Ensure your address is entered accurately at checkout.
