1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.
> Please Note:During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.
> Orders **cannot be canceled** once a shipping label has been generated.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping options:

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $150.
4. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Most pre-orders will ship within 2–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
Delays may occur due to production, inventory, or supplier issues. We’ll keep you informed via email if your order is affected.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ANAH ANAH is not responsible for delays due to:
* Courier or carrier issues
* Weather conditions
* Customs processing (for international orders)
* Other unforeseen circumstances
We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
> Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with USPS. ANAH ANAH is not liable for packages marked as delivered.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
> Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or reshipped due to customer address errors.
8. USPS Holidays
Please be aware that USPS does not deliver on national holidays. This may result in slight delivery delays around holiday periods.
